REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY:
Any requests for exchange, replacement or refund of products must be made via email (to support@irealook.com) within 30 days of receipt of original item/order. Any submissions of requests received after the 30 day period will be subject to BeQuzz review and may not receive full refund or exchange.
Please do not dispose of original order items if you are planning an exchange, replacement or refund request. Refund and replacement amounts may be dependent on the status and condition of your return items.
NOTE: All requests and submissions are treated on a case-by-case basis.


RETURNED ITEMS:
Please email us first (support@bequzz.com) before sending any returns so that we can log information and process accordingly.
Return items should be "protected" with sufficient paper padding or packaging. Damage of items due to insufficient return packaging may affect refund or replacement amounts.
Returns should include a note or paper with full name, contact information and order ID # to ensure proper processing.
